Like many of you, I first started my Presa journey as a customer. I bought my first dog with the promises of receiving a pedigree and registration. Shortly after making my purchase, I tried to reach out to the breeder but was unsuccessful at ever getting the documents promised to me.

Thinking I had learned a valuable lesson, I sought out a more reputable breeder for my second purchase. After purchasing my second dog, per the contract, I took him in for a wellness check. To my surprise, my newly acquired dog had an underlying health issue. I did as my contract advised and I immediately contacted the breeder to inform them of the dilemma. The breeder wanted me to pay and have him neutered due to the health complication and also pay to have the dog transported back to them. As a compromise, I was told that I could swap for a dog that was left over from their current litter (even though I had originally paid for first pick male).

I was taken back by the tactics that were used after making such an expensive purchase. That experience has been the foundation as to what type of breeder I would become! In this business integrity is everything-- and my goal is to never have a customer endure the headache of going through such turmoil.

Today, I can confidently say at Presaholic Kennel the standard has been set high! I strive to make those type of wrongdoings right! From beginning to end, I use a vetting process to ensure the dog being placed with you is the right temperament and fit. I offer a health guarantee so that if in the unfortunate event I ever unknowingly sold a dog with a health issue, that you as the owner would get a fair/equitable replacement for the inconvenience and efforts put forth in having to resolve such manner.

I make myself available to facilitate questions before, during and after your purchase. I keep in touch with my clients and their dogs, not only because I want to make sure the dog is healthy and growing as expected, but also because of the customer/breeder partnership formed.
